I passed.....

now the explanation for this would be something like..........
"I have no idea how, the good Lord was just with me!"
I said a lot of prayers in that testing room.
I had "my own personal" camera on me the whole time and whoever watches
these live cameras knows that I believe in prayer.
No doubt in their minds.
I kept thinking, I've got too much to do not to pass this.....
but I knew the likelihood of this happening was SLIM at BEST!
The guy next to me was on his second go-round.
He failed the second time.
I knew I was doomed.
I knew I had some sick people to visit in the hospital.
I knew I needed to pack for Disney.
I Knew I wanted to paint my bedroom brown and move all the furniture.
I need to start an S-Corporation.
I need to take some pictures.
I need to blog.
I need to change my playlist.
I need to wash clothes.
I need to clean my house which hasn't been cleaned really good in MONTHS.
I want to scrapbook. My favorite thing to do, which I haven't done in about 8 or 9 months.
I need to clean the basement.
I need to clean the garage.
I need to plant sod and landscape the backyard.
I need to help mom and dad move.
I need to help clean mom and dad's basement.
I need to get ready for our garage sale in April.
I need to list Lexi and Matt's house.
I need to help Dee get her real estate license in Alabama.
I need to get my office set up.
I need to love on Jackson more and just play, instead of running "possible test questions and scenarios" over in my mind instead of really listening to what he's saying.
I need to cook Luke a lot of homemade dinners. He's eaten "whatever" for too long.
I need to break out the pilates and yoga on a daily basis.
I need to be able to go to the ladies bible study on Tuesday nights.
I need to host the ladies bible study.
I need to have more people over, now that my house might be somewhat more recognizable.
I need to uncover my sofa and lazyboy from unfolded clothes that have been there for about 4 or 5 weeks.
I need to spend a Friday Night, Saturday, Sunday afternoon, Sunday night anywhere but at the office.
I need to just thank the good Lord for being with me and helping me get through this.
And I need to thank my family (all of you) and friends (all of you too) for being so supportive.
I need to thank Luke for helping me keep this ship afloat, and being so supportive and helpful with everything that I had to stop doing so I could get more done later. Your the best and I love you.
I have so much to be thankful for.

If you want to see an update on mom and dad's house, lexi updated her blog with pictures she posted this week. Plus, you get to see my adorable dog/nephew moo moo..... who is the cutiest thing EVER! I took a break from studying this past friday and J, Moo Moo, Gracie, Boo Boo and Myself ran around mom/dad and gmom/gdaddy's yard for about 4 hours. J and I played a little t-ball. Curry mowed the yard. I cleaned out my jeep and got the good ole leather cleaner out which I LOVE! I don't want to brag but I can detail a car almost as good as the detail shops. I've had a lot of experience and I'm still amazed that the jeep interior looks as good as it still does. But I don't want to jink myself, so i'll just say it looks so so. By the way, my test is this wednesday at 1:30. I'm praying that the good Lord will help me remember all that I've been studying all these months. Either way, he'll be with me.

Grounds for Penalties

(1) Procuring a license by fraud, misrepresentation, or deceit,
Or by making a material misstatement of fact in an application for license.

(2) Engaging in misrepresentation, dishonest or fraudulent acts when selling, buying, trading, or renting real property of his or her own or of a spouse or child or parent. ( NOT EVEN IF IT’S YOUR PROPERTY OR THE PROPERTY OF YOUR SPOUSE, CHILD OR PARENT!)
(3) Making a material misrepresentation, or failing to disclose to a potential purchaser or lessee any latent structural defect or any other defect known to the licensee.
(Health and Safety Issues that would effect the buyer)
(4) Making any false promises of a character likely to influence, persuade, or induce any person to enter into any contract or agreement. (CAN’T MAKE FALSE PROMISES!!!!!)
(5) Continued and flagrant course of misrepresentation or false promises through agents or salespersons or any medium of advertising or otherwise. (MISREPRESENTATION SPOKEN OR WRITTEN)
(6) Misleading advertising which is likely to deceive the public, or which fails to identify the person causing the advertisement to be placed as a licensed broker or salesperson. (AD HAS TO HAVE THE COMPANY NAME AND LICENSEE NAME ON IT)
(7) Acting for more than one party in a transaction without the knowledge and consent in writing of all parties for whom he or she acts. (HAVE TO HAVE WRITTEN CONSENT FOR DUAL AGENCY)
(8A)Failing, within a reasonable time, to properly account for or remit money coming into his or her possession which belongs to others, or commingling money belonging to others with his or her own funds.

(MUST ACCOUNT FOR THE FUNDS AT ALL TIMES! NO COMMINGLING OF THE FUNDS)

Holley's 30th Birthday

Adam and Holley's family threw Holley a surprise 30th Birthday party. It was a great party. There was a magician, a slide show, good food, cake and ice cream, etc.... I laughed and laughed. The magician was great. He used the kids for his tricks and made them all balloon hats. He even made me one. Thanks for inviting us guys!

Well, Luke decided to head up to Ski Bama

There is a ski slope in Mentone near the Georgia border

Luke wanted to see if J would like Skiing yet.

I was skeptical but along for the ride like usual

J loved the snow but the skiing?

He could do without the boots and the ski's

I'm not partial to the boots myself

plus it was a pony line not a chair lift

I was talking to Grandmother today on her carport and she looks down

and sees me in a yoga pose on her concrete floor.

I told her, I was still trying to stretch out my muscles.

I'll be doing yoga in random places for the next 3 months.

The Little Yellow Car.....

Luke found this Peg Pergo yellow car at the thrift store for practically the cost of one of Peg Pergo's batteries.

Luke thrifted before thrifting was the COOL thing to do.

He's kind of bummed that it's cool now.

I consider him a Thrift King.

He comes home with great stuff.

J loves this car and Moose tolerates it.

J wants to drive this car to McDonalds and pick up a Happy Meal.

He keeps asking when he can.

Luke plans to detail this car to look like J's favortite Transformer, Bumblebee.

I can't wait to see what this will look like.

Lukes a genius when it comes to "detailing" toys.

Because he's a big kid himself.
